The queen of the perfect white shirt now offers devotees the opportunity to walk out of her Rue St.-Honoré Paris flagship with perfect skin.

In Franco-Brazilian designer Anne Fontaine's new Spa Anne Fontaine, created by French interiors guru Andrée Putman, water ripples down a gray stone wall, and treatment rooms are adorned with percale-sheet- skirted tables against a backdrop of black-and-silver lava-stone walls.

Choose one of Fontaine's signature therapies, such as the Douceur de Coton, a soothing full-body massage with cottonseed oil, followed by a radiance-boosting silk-fiber facial (which reflects the designer's preference for natural fabrics). More exotic treatments are based on her childhood memories of Brazil, such as the Amazonian Baptism, a slimming body wrap inspired by a tribal initiation ceremony. 370 Rue St.-Honoré; 011-33-1-42-61-03-70.
